Your Touchpoints

“Touchpoints are everything a prospect or client will see about your business or service.”

Your touchpoints are;

  1. Adverts

  2. Messages

  3. Brochures

  4. Automation

  5. Newsletters

  6. Your website

  7. White papers

  8. Landing pages

  9. leads magnets

  10. Email signatures

  11. Social Media Posts

  12. Social Media Profile

  13. Company Documents

And more, but you get the idea.

Each touchpoint must;

  1. Tell a story.

  2. Showcase your brand.

  3. Sync with all your other touchpoints.

  4. Lead the viewer in the direction you want.

  5. Provide the benefits the viewer is looking for.

Your touchpoints are your brand.

So how do they work?

You post an article on LinkedIn, and Bill sees it. That is touchpoint 1.

Bill then looks at your profile; that's touchpoint 2.

He may then look at your website, which is touchpoint 3.

He may also look at some of your blogs or articles, touchpoint 4.

As Bill looks at your touchpoints, he builds an image of your business and the services you can provide.

Summary

By creating these touchpoints to work together to tell your story it will generate confidence in your brand.

Bill will be a warming lead when he contacts you, as he has gained confidence after engaging with your touchpoints.

Random touchpoints that are not unified and are not on-brand do the opposite.

They create mistrust.
